Hi my name is Jackie and I’m a mum of two boys.
I studied Sports Journalism at university as my passion was cricket and football back then and that’s all I ever wanted to do but my love and devotion changed to children eleven years ago when I had my first son. I enjoyed spending time with him, teaching him to read and write and playing games!
Three years later I had another little boy and I was completely fascinated about how different they both were from their interests and personalities to their style of learning.
I spent almost six years living in America and volunteered every day at their school where a “light bulb” went off in my head and I knew this was what I had to do!
I helped at a local a pre school teacher in my last year in America and thrived on all the children’s different landmark moments from getting one to speak a single word to getting another to name all their colours – each just as important as the other!
I feel very honoured to be part of the Little Angels team and to play a part in the foundation of the children’s development and learning as I completely believe the first few years of a child’s life are the most important.
